St Johnstone v Clydebank
Tuesday night sees St Johnstone try and hold onto their slim hopes of winning the Scottish first Division with Clyde hanging on to there first division status. The home side have won 5 of their last eight games and more importantly have not lost a league game at home this season. With the team also now in the Scotish cup quater final things are looking up for the Saints.Although last time out they played a 0-0 draw with Partick Thistle away the match was played on a very poor pitch and only 4 days after their 3-0 up after only 30mins in the Cup quarter final. (result 1-3)Things do not get much better for Clyde who have now lost the soon to be transferred McKeown out through injury for the rest of the season. But on the other hand you will have to go back to the 5th January for the last league away defeat for Clyde.Their away form may have saved them this season.
Prediction I'm going to be backing the Saints heavily tomorrow night and I'm expecting an easy home victory by 2-3 goals.I will be backing using Billy's Shop @ 1/2 for large stakes.
